For the first time in the history of Castel Brewery, we've used not only barley malt but also oat malt to brew our craft beer!
Aged in oak barrels, Castel Oat Beer develops its unique flavor. It will be available for tasting starting in mid-August!

We warmly welcome you to a wonderful evening with live music from the 3-man band "Nachtexpress," featuring upbeat tunes. Enjoy live music to sway, dance, and sing along to!
As a highlight, our house-brewed Castel'er Festbier will be tapped by the brewmaster in a leather apron with a large wooden mallet. When the cry goes up, "O'zapft is!" (It's tapped!), the true craft beer will be served unfiltered and naturally cloudy. Let yourself be convinced by the unique taste of time-honored tradition!
The kitchen will cater to your culinary needs with typical Bavarian delicacies such as pork knuckle and white sausage, as well as classic schnitzel, roast chicken, and vegetarian Maultaschen (filled pasta pockets).
Something for everyone! Come along and enjoy a great atmosphere and live music with freshly tapped Festbier and good German cuisine.
