Our festival beer is on tap, true to the motto "O'zapft is!" (It's tapped!).
Since the ceremonial tapping of the first keg on October 2nd, 2026, with live music, we've been serving our house-brewed festival beer ice-cold and naturally cloudy – a true craft beer! Of course, the festival beer is also available in bottles, cases, and kegs for you to enjoy at home.

It's that time of year again! We're starting our traditional goose dinner a little earlier than usual. Fresh from the oven – available in limited quantities daily.
Goose leg with a rich goose jus,
potato dumplings, and red cabbage with apples.

Enjoy delicious German cuisine and traditional holiday fare. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, creating a wonderfully cozy and contemplative atmosphere. Our house-brewed Christmas bock beer or a glass of wine from the Mainz city winery would be the perfect accompaniment!
