Pork schnitzel in the pithy malt crust, homemade dark beer gravy and fried potatoes
- We hold back part of the malt that we need to brew beer and grind it in the grist in the attic. This crushed malt turns a simple schnitzel into something very special.

- The prepared sauce is quenched with Castel Dunkel. The whole thing is reduced over a long time, so that a wonderfully spicy dark sauce is created. We need 3-5 liters of Castel Dunkel each day
