Our asparagus comes fresh every day from the asparagus farmer in Bauschheim. The asparagus are served with hollandaise sauce or the classic way with butter and triplets (small potatoes).

The Castel'Bockbier is one of the strong beers and has an attractive dark golden color. The Maibock has a noble taste, full body and tastes wonderfully unique!
Like all of our home-brewed beers, Castel'er Maibock is a real CRAFT beer. Brewed according to the German Purity Law of 1516, according to old craft traditions.

The Castel'er Maibock is brewed with more original wort and therefore has an alcohol content of 6.2% by volume. Due to the comparatively high alcohol content, the bock beer has a longer shelf life.
